Alta Vista Quarters: This infill development will see about 150 two- and three-storey townhomes at St. Laurent Boulevard and Don Reid Drive. Expected fall 2025.
eQ Homes
Marshall’s Bay: A development in Arnprior by eQ Homes that will eventually comprise about 300 homes by multiple builders. eQ will be building townhomes, bungalows and two-storey singles, including multi-generational homes, over three phases. eQ launches its Marshall’s Bay development in mid-August.
