Magnolia: A new community in Stittsville launching May 9 with townhomes starting in the $500s and single-family homes in the $600s. Neighbourhood includes 50 acres of greenspace, connections to trails and recreation centres, and more.
Claridge Homes
Alta Vista Quarters: This infill development will see about 150 two- and three-storey townhomes at St. Laurent Boulevard and Don Reid Drive. Launches this spring.
eQ Homes
Mill Run: eQ will build out the remainder of this development in Almonte in two phases totalling 110 homes. There will be a mix of singles and towns and both bungalows and two-storeys.
Glenview Homes
Wateridge Village: Glenview will join the group of builders developing segments of this master-planned community in east Ottawa, offering executive and rear-lane townhomes later in 2026.
Minto
Minto will open a new phase at its well-established Kanata neighbourhood of Arcadia this year, building a total of 232 single-family and townhomes. More information and registration.
Richcraft Homes
Trailsedge: Richcraft is expanding its Orléans south neighbourhood of Trailsedge with 66 two-bedroom condo flats. Units will range from 1,024 to 1,186 square feet. A summer release is expected.
Uniform Urban Developments
Richardson Ridge: Previously sold out, Uniform will return to this Kanata development with 10 single-family home lots and 18 townhome lots.
Stinson Place: About 150 single-family homes, semi-detached and townhomes in Manotick.
