DeCoeur (also known as Locale): A project of 236 stacked towns and mixed use with commercial in Orléans, expected to launch in 2024.
Oxford Village: A project of about 84 towns and two-storey singles near Kemptville, expected to launch in September.
Minto Communities
Abbott’s Run: A new community of 1,800 townhomes and single-family homes in North Stittsville/Kanata. Launching in 2023.
Anthem: A new community in Barrhaven’s downtown hub, Barrhaven Town Centre. About 600 Metro Towns (stacked townhomes) will be built in stage one, with a total of 1,000 towns to be constructed overall. Selling begins early 2023.
