HN Homes
Rideau Ridge: HN Homes, in conjunction with Urbandale Construction, will offer single-family homes on lots ranging from 44 to 60 feet in this enclave of about 80 homes between the Rideau River and Riverside South. HN expects a fall 2026 launch.
Mattamy Homes
Summerside South: Townhomes and singles in Orléans. About 290 homes expected in the first phase with a launch targetting early 2027.
Trailwest: An enclave of 147 village homes and rear-lane towns in Kanata South. Launch expected in November 2026.
Minto
The Enclave at Trailsedge: Minto’s latest development is an enclave of 164 Metro, Avenue and Urban Townhomes in Orléans South. Launch date TBA.
Phoenix Homes
Willow Court: Phoenix is launching Willow Court in Barrhaven East with condos and townhomes. No release date announced yet. Contact builder for more information.
