Oxford Village: A project of about 84 towns and two-storey singles near Kemptville, expected to launch in September.

Arbourbrook Estates: Phase 3 of this community, with 12 estate lots, between Stittsville and Carp. Expected to launch fall 2023.
Minto Communities
Anthem: A new community in Barrhaven’s downtown hub, Barrhaven Town Centre. About 600 Metro Towns (stacked townhomes) will be built in stage one, with a total of 1,000 towns to be constructed overall. Selling begins October 7.
